Why have you chosen to study English?

Because it’s necessary for find a job but my reason is a bit difficult I want to study medicine in English and I want to go Canada for doing master about medicine or dentistry I want to do buisness to actually I do this now I sell lipgloss and I need to learn and know English because of this
