I don’t agree because we are in 2021 but we have homeless people to and a lot of people hungry they don’t find a home or any food actually one woman I heard eat cats because she’s so hungry the government don’t find a soluations because of this hey don’t teach English to all peopie they don’t give food just food how they give english to them

Maybe just for second language. But I think it’s impossible. Because especially in our country there are people doesn’t even know their own language.

Exactly I agree because English is  more simple ,more basic, more clear language than others language.Because too much global .
